การรับประกันตลอดอายุการใช้งาน (ภาษาไทย)

RockHer Thailand ดำเนินการโดย บริษัท บิวตี้ ไดมอนด์ จำกัด มอบการรับประกันตลอดอายุการใช้งาน สำหรับงานฝีมือ (manufacturing defects) ของเครื่องประดับ RockHer ทุกชิ้นที่ผลิตโดยเราและประทับตรา/สัญลักษณ์ของ RockHer Thailand

ขอบเขตการรับประกัน

• ความบกพร่องจากการผลิต เช่น โครงตัวเรือนผิดรูปจากการผลิต การยึดหนามเตยที่บกพร่อง การหลุดของเพชร/อัญมณีจากข้อผิดพลาดในการตั้งพลอย
• การซ่อมแซมหรือเปลี่ยนชิ้นส่วนตามความเหมาะสม โดยดุลยพินิจของ RockHer Thailand

ข้อยกเว้นการรับประกัน

• ความเสียหายจากอุบัติเหตุ การใช้งานผิดวิธี การตกหล่น การกระแทก หรือการสึกหรอตามการใช้งานปกติ (เช่น รอยขีดข่วน, การเคลือบรอเดียมจาง)
• สินค้าที่ถูกดัดแปลง ปรับไซส์ ขัด ซ่อมแซม หรือทำงานใด ๆ โดยบุคคลอื่นที่ไม่ใช่ RockHer Thailand
• การสูญหายของเพชร/อัญมณีจากอุบัติเหตุ หรือจากการใช้งานที่รุนแรงซึ่งไม่ใช่ข้อบกพร่องจากการผลิต
• สินค้าที่ไม่ใช่ของแท้หรือไม่มีหลักฐานการซื้อจาก RockHer Thailand

วิธีการยื่นเคลมรับประกัน

1. ติดต่ออีเมล info@rockher.co.th หรือโทร 02-055-9301-305 เพื่อรับ หมายเลขอนุมัติการส่งซ่อม (RA)
2. แนบหลักฐานการสั่งซื้อและภาพถ่ายความเสียหายเบื้องต้น
3. จัดส่งสินค้ากลับมาตามที่อยู่ที่เราแจ้ง โดยลูกค้าควรทำประกันพัสดุระหว่างการขนส่ง

เมื่อสินค้าเข้าตรวจสอบ ทีมช่างของเราจะประเมินและแจ้งวิธีซ่อม/เปลี่ยน รวมถึงระยะเวลาในการดำเนินการ

กรณีรุ่นเลิกผลิต

หากรุ่นนั้นเลิกผลิต บริษัทฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการเปลี่ยนเป็นรุ่นที่ใกล้เคียงหรือมีมูลค่าเทียบเท่า โดยไม่ครอบคลุมมูลค่าทางความรู้สึก (sentimental value)

หมายเหตุสำคัญ

• การซ่อม/ดัดแปลงโดยร้านอื่นจะทำให้การรับประกันสิ้นสุดทันที
• การเคลือบรอเดียม/ขัดเงา/ทำความสะอาดเป็นงานบำรุงรักษาปกติ ไม่อยู่ในเงื่อนไขรับประกัน แต่สามารถใช้บริการกับเราได้ในอัตราพิเศษ

Lifetime Warranty (English)

RockHer Thailand, operated by Beauty Diamond Co., Ltd., provides a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects on authentic RockHer jewellery produced by us and bearing our mark.

Coverage

• Workmanship defects (e.g., defective prongs, setting faults, structural issues originating from manufacturing)
• Repair or replacement at RockHer Thailand’s discretion

Exclusions

• Accidental damage, misuse, impacts, drops, or normal wear (scratches, plating wear, etc.)
• Any item resized, polished, altered, or repaired by a third party
• Loss of stones due to accidental damage or heavy use unrelated to a manufacturing defect
• Items not purchased from RockHer Thailand or lacking proof of purchase

How to Make a Warranty Claim

1. Email info@rockher.co.th or call 02-055-9301-305 to obtain a Return Authorization (RA)
2. Provide proof of purchase and clear photos/videos of the issue
3. Ship the item to the address we provide; please insure the parcel in transit

Upon inspection, we will confirm the remedy (repair or replacement) and the expected timeline.

Discontinued Styles

For discontinued designs, RockHer may substitute a similar style of equal value. Sentimental value is not covered.

Important

• Third-party alterations void the warranty immediately
• Routine maintenance (rhodium plating, polishing, cleaning) is not covered but available at preferred rates
